HOW MEDIATION WORKS

We will schedule a time for a Zoom Meeting in two different online conference rooms  or if we meet in person, we will place each side in two different conference rooms and Attorney Duren will take turns meeting with each side until a settlement is reached.  Any settlement reached is completed voluntary and both sides have to be in complete agreement before a settlement is reached.   Plan on mediation lasting 2-3 hours.
