As the Attorney Mediator helping with your Wisconsin divorce mediation, we will draft and file all of the necessary documents needed for your divorce with the Court through the Court's online filing service. These documents These documents will include the Marital Settlement Agreement after a successful mediation, your Financial Disclosure Forms, and the Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law and Judgment of Divorce to finalize your divorce. All of the necessary filings will be completed by our office. However, the drafting and filing of the necessary divorce documents does not create a client-lawyer relationship between Attorney Duren and either party.
Being the Attorney Mediator for your case means that Attorney Duren does not represent either party will not give legal advice to either party and will not advocate on behalf of either party to the mediation. The mediation does not include settlement of Custody and Physical Placement issues regarding your minor children. These services can be provided for an additional fee.
Anything discussed with the parties during the mediation is confidential and any communications during mediation with the parties is inadmissible in any litigation pursuant to Wisconsin Statute 904.085.
